••Works to roof including cupola, parapet, chimney and access hatch.•Works to facades, such as timber gates, stonework and brickwork.•Structural works to damaged beams.•Extended investigation to roof.•Alumasc cast aluminium Rainwater Goods; factory primed and marine grade finish; fixed with oak bobbins and pipe nails•Chimney repairs.•Take out existing glazing to lower light rectangular timber frame; adapt frame and install new double-glazed unit.•Remove existing door to Northeast elevation and refurbish.
