Works at 35-37 included:
•Asbestos survey•Carefully remove existing shop fronts, windows, signs, external shutters and doorways•Make good to jambs with salvage brick•Inspect existing joist lintels•Installation of new granite shop front including doorway and granite access ramp•Installation of new ironmongery•Installation of glazed fanlight•Match sandblasted fanlight over door to no 39•Demolish part of shop floor and create new brick masonry stall riser and new foundations•Relay and reuse flooring where possible •Installation of new 35mm granite facing to shop front•Suspended ceiling installation•Careful installation of new roller shutters•Internal plasterwork•Internal redecoration

Works at 50 included:
•Survey and remove asbestos materials•Careful removal of original shop frontage•Make good jambs with savage brick•DOFF cleaning of brickwork•Lime mortar pointing•Supply and install new shop front•Hand painted signage to fascia above shopfront•New timber fascia boards•Leadwork•Face access ramp with Victorian pattern style non slip •external tiles•Create new entrance ramp•New ironmongery•Make good existing ceiling•Installation of traditional Victorian awning•Make good external areas where necessary•New wrought iron gates
