This amazing Grade II listed building is sat proud at the heart of this lively market town. Aura are tasked with this beautiful design and build job, re designing the church to be the new Maryport Maritime Museum.

CHALLENGES

The town centre location of these projects posed some health and safety and logistical challenges. These were over come by robust planning and site preparation to ensure that safety barriers with appropriate signage were used to prevent risk to members of the public and building users. Deliveries and

waste removal was scheduled for quietert imesofthedaytoavoidany

dangerswhilstloadingandunloading.Thehouseowners & local communitywerealsokeento work together with us to ensure health and safety procedures were followed throughout the duration. These works look to conclude May 2024.
